Why your song sounds good in headphones and bad in the car
Headphones separate everything for you. Each ear gets its own feed and the low end is delivered straight to your head with no room to fight it. A car does the opposite. It sums the sound, adds a boxy resonance, and exaggerates the exact frequency range where the 808 and the kick overlap.
So a mix balanced only on headphones tends to have too much low end and a vocal that sits too far back. The fix is checking on at least three systems during the mix, and one of them should be something bad on purpose.
Whether an automated master is good enough
For a demo, a reference, a snippet for a story post, sometimes yes. The algorithms have gotten reasonable at handling a clean mix that does not need an opinion. If nobody is going to hear it twice, spend the five dollars and move on.
For a release you are pushing, no. An algorithm does not know that the 808 is supposed to feel late, or that the vocal needs a specific bite to cut through a dense synth line. It will hear an unusual choice as a problem and flatten it.
What turnaround actually means
Five business days from when complete files land, not from when you decide to hire. If stems arrive with a missing track or a bounced MP3 the clock starts when the replacement arrives, which is why the export instructions exist.
Rush work inside forty eight hours is possible and costs more. It costs more because it means a real person moves a real project to make room, not because urgency is being sold back to you.

Three on a mix and two on a master, and they are included in the price rather than billed after.
Do you sign non disclosure agreements?
Yes, send it before files. Unreleased work does not get posted anywhere without written permission either way.
Who owns the master recording?
You do. Payment for engineering does not transfer any ownership in your song or your recording.
What if my file is too big to email?
Use any large file service. A link is fine and it does not need to be a specific platform.
